“Looking after our skin is as important as education for our minds, food for our guts and exercise for our heart. It encapsulates our entire body. It’s our first line of defence against bacteria, regulates our temperature, and is a sense organ that gives us information about pain, pleasure, temperature and pressure, yet many of us don’t care for it properly.
We treat every patient as an individual here in the clinic, developing a bespoke treatment plan, tailored to their needs and budget.
Your skin health can have a huge impact on how you feel, it’s our mission at Vale Skin to give you a safe space to look and feel your best”

Anna Crossman
Reflexologist
Anna is a Clinical Practitioner in Reflexology (Level 5 Diploma) and Facial Reflexologist.
She offers clients a safe space to experience some pure self-indulgent wellbeing. A place to allow you to fully focus on yourself.
Treatments with Anna offer a sense of wellbeing and release tension which can support a person going through a difficult time, aiding relaxation, restful sleep, improving mood and enhancing physical and emotional wellbeing.
In reflexology, the feet reflect the person’s whole body and therefore, through the use of zones, mapping, reflex points, and energy pathways, Anna can work to energise and rebalance the body.
Anna is also specially trained in the NEPIP technique, an advanced technique that encompasses all the systems involved with being in an anxious or stressed state. NEPIP promotes a calming and energising effect on the body which can help balance and restore the status quo within the body.
Facial reflexology is a holistic therapy that applies gentle pressure to specific points on the face, each corresponding to various organs, glands, and systems within the body.
Facial reflexology can help balance physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing by stimulating nerve endings, encouraging relaxation, alleviating stress and enhancing circulation.
Facial reflexology is also increasingly sought after for its anti-ageing benefits. Targeted facial pressure stimulates blood flow, oxygenation and collagen production, which can contribute to a more youthful, radiant appearance.
Regular treatments can reduce fine lines, enhance skin elasticity, and improve overall skin tone. This natural approach to skincare not only addresses the external signs of ageing but also promotes inner balance, leaving clients feeling deeply nourished, supported, and with an enhanced sense of wellbeing that radiates from within.
